Thank you for shopping with Internet LGS! Because we sell trading card products, our return policy is designed to protect customers, collectors, and the integrity of sealed collectible products.
Except for the limited issues described below, all sales are final.
Due to the collectible, randomized, and tamper-sensitive nature of trading card products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, and other trading card products often contain randomized cards. Purchasing these products does not guarantee any specific card, rarity, value, hit rate, or resale value.
Internet LGS is not responsible for disappointment with the contents of any pack, box, bundle, or sealed product.
Sealed trading card products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Opening a sealed product confirms acceptance of the item as received.
Internet LGS cannot guarantee the contents, pull rates, card condition inside sealed products, card values, centering, print quality, or the presence of any specific card unless expressly stated in the product listing like a promo card.
We will review refund or replacement requests only in the following limited situations:

For damaged or incorrect sealed products, do not open the product. Opened products are not eligible for refund, replacement, or return.
If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please keep the item, shipping box, packaging materials, and all included contents until the claim is resolved. We may require photos or additional documentation to file a carrier claim.
Internet LGS reserves the right to deny a refund or replacement if the product has been opened, altered, discarded, or if required documentation is not provided.
Do not send any item back without written approval from Internet LGS.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, refunded, or exchanged. Internet LGS is not responsible for unauthorized return shipments.
If a return is approved, the item must be returned in the exact condition received, including all original packaging, seals, accessories, inserts, and documentation.
If the item(s) is damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, Internet LGS reserves the right to deduct from your refund to cover the loss in the item's value.
Orders may not be canceled once they have been processed, packed, shipped, or fulfilled.
Internet LGS may, at its sole discretion, approve a cancellation request before fulfillment. Approved cancellations may be subject to payment processing fees that are not refunded to Internet LGS by the payment processor.
Internet LGS documents all orders, shipping confirmations, tracking information, packaging, and customer communications.
Fraudulent claims, false damage reports, product swapping, resealing, chargeback abuse, or return abuse may result in cancellation of future orders, refusal of service, and submission of evidence to the payment processor, shipping carrier, or appropriate authorities.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Internet LGS is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
Internet LGS reserves the right to approve, deny, or partially resolve any refund, replacement, cancellation, or return request at its sole discretion, consistent with applicable law.
